Are you frustrated with your dentures?  Are they broken, not fitting well, loose, too big for your mouth, or make you gag? Are you simply not satisfied with your dentures for other reasons? Would you rather spend some money to correct the problem so you can enjoy the foods that you want to eat?

Our team is ready to help you. We offer denture repair, maintenance, and replacement. Read on below to learn the story of one patient whom we helped. You will also learn a little about the treatment process that may be in front of you.

The Case

A patient had been struggling with ill-fitting dentures; one of them was even broken!  She managed to eat food without her prosthetics, but she was looking for improvement. She took the initiative to schedule a consultation with us, and she asked her daughter to drive her to our office.

After carefully evaluating the patient’s mouth, bite, and dentures, Dr. Makadia determined that the relationship between her upper and lower jaws was not right. He explained that new, better-fitting dentures could be the ideal solution. Dr. Makadia got to work on designing her new teeth, and they were ready three weeks later! She is now in a position to enjoy a more comfortable and functional experience with her prosthetics.

How We Help

If you can relate to the struggles of the patient mentioned above, we invite you to visit us for a consultation. We can help to correct a number of problems that are commonly associated with dentures, such as:

  • Poorly fitting dentures
  • Broken, cracked, or otherwise damaged dentures
  • Discolored dentures

Dr. Makadia will take a look at your existing denture, examine your mouth, and recommend your next steps.

In some cases, it is possible to repair or reline (adjust) an existing denture so that it fits better and functions optimally. In other cases, it is necessary to design an entirely new prosthetic. Dr. Makadia works closely with dental laboratories to ensure that only top-quality materials are used. The goal is to provide even patients who have suffered extensive tooth loss to enjoy functional, aesthetically pleasing smiles.

Also, keep in mind that many patients have discovered new levels of comfort and bite strength by upgrading to implant dentures. Because implant dentures are supported by prosthetic tooth roots, they can be incredibly strong and natural-feeling. If you are interested in them, Dr. Makadia can help you determine whether you are a good candidate for the procedure.

Poorly fitting, broken dentures are a hassle! Instead of continuing to put up with this problem, visit us for help. We look forward to serving you.
