How often should I visit the dentist?

We recommend dental visits twice a year to achieve and maintain the optimal level of oral health. During these visits, we will examine your teeth for signs of oral health concerns as well as clean them.

Can I bring my kids?

We welcome patients to bring their children. Just like adults, kids need regular preventive dental care to help their developing smiles, and by keeping up with twice a year visits, your child will be on the road towards a lifetime of healthy smiles.

What if I have an emergency?

Call us right away. Sunrise Dental Service is here to help when you need us most. We try to see patients on the same day whenever possible, and we are happy to walk you through first–aid and pain management tips until you arrive at our dental office.

Do you take my insurance?

We absolutely take your insurance. We process and file claims for any insurance provider to help patients maximize their benefits.

How Do I Get Emergency Dental Care?

You should always get in touch with the nearest emergency room if you have a medical issue that’s putting your life in danger, such as swelling that’s interfering with your breathing. However, when it comes to common dental emergencies like a broken tooth, a dentist is more likely to be able to successfully treat the problem before it grows more severe. We recommend that you contact our office via phone if you need emergency care.  To help you find relief as soon as possible, we will set up a same-day or earliest possible appointment whenever we can.

How Do I Find the Best Place to Get Dental Work Done?

Finding the dental practice that’s the best fit for you can depend on several factors. Ideally, you will want to find a location that:

How Much Does a Dental Checkup and Cleaning Cost? How Much Does a Cosmetic Consultation Cost?

Dental checkups and cleanings are important for protecting your smile and dental health, so you should make sure that you schedule them before running into dental issues. The cost of preventive care depends on the practice, where it’s located, how healthy the patient’s mouth is in general, and other variables. Dental insurance may pay for checkups and cleanings; our team can review your plan with you and explain what kind of coverage you will receive as well as the expected out-of-pocket costs. Our office offers FREE Cosmetic Consultation!

What is the Best Way to Find a Dentist Who Does Dental Implants?

You can often check the practice’s website to see if they place the dental implant process. While many dentists may need to send you to a specialist, some offer the convenience of both placing and restoring implants in-house. To get a feel for how qualified they are, see if they belong to any organizations that offer advanced dental implant training. As it happens, Dr. Makadia received his training from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, one of the highest-profile organizations for implant dentistry in the country.

How soon can I be seen by the dentist?

We understand that dental pain and concerns cannot be delayed. The appointments are often scheduled for the same day to the same week whenever possible.

Would I be referred to another Dental office or another dentist?

Our office offers a wide variety of services and probably you will get most of the dental care in our office. Referral to other specialists and or other offices are only for a limited situation.

Can I be seen as I do not have dental insurance?

We can certainly see you even if you do not have dental insurance. As a matter of fact, many of our patients do not have dental insurance.

Do you take my dental insurance?

We work with the PPO insurances that allow you to be seen by out of Network Providers. Every insurance and policy is different. Our team can review your plan with you and explain what kind of coverage you will receive as well as the expected out-of-pocket costs. Our office offers FREE Cosmetic Consultation!
