Dr. Makadia has been serving patients with exceptional dentistry for more than three decades now – it’s still his favorite thing to do!

His journey to becoming the trusted dentist near Long Island he is today began at the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, which is where he earned his dental doctorate. However, this was just the beginning of his extensive education and advanced training. After graduating, he completed a postgraduate program with the Mid America Orthodontics Society for Fixed and Removable Orthodontics and the clinical program in the Science of Oral Implantology (Dental Implant Maxi-course) at NYU. Throughout the years, he has continued to hone his craft through additional training on everything from nitrous oxide sedation and Invisalign aligners to digital dentures and soft tissue laser treatments. In fact, he has undergone more than 150 hours of continuing education in the last three years alone! If that wasn’t impressive enough, he also maintains an active membership with multiple notable organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry and the New York State Dental Association. So, it’s easy to see why patients near and far place their smile in his expert hands.

Away from the office, Dr. Makadia likes to keep busy with continuing education and advanced training. He also has interests outside of dentistry! For example, he volunteers at his Community Sunday School and enjoys spiritual reading. His favorite thing to do, however, is spend time with his daughter and son, who are both medical doctors.
